We want you to be satisfied with our products. Is a product not what you expected and you want to return it? No problem, you may return an article without giving a reason within 30 days after purchase.
What are the return conditions?
You can return an item to us within 30 days. Items must be returned in the original box. We therefore recommend to open the shipping box and original packaging carefully, so you can use it to return the order. For orders on www.obelink.nl the following return conditions apply:
- The return takes place within 30 days after purchase.
- Make a return on Obelink through your account.
- You will receive a confirmation of the return with a link to the page where you can create the label for returning the goods to us.
- Products can only be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, complete with accessories/parts and in the original packaging.
- If a product is damaged or defective, please contact the VAHB customer service through the portal of Obelink.
- Always ask for and keep the shipping receipt in case the package is accidentally lost.
If you return an order, which does not meet the above conditions, the order will unfortunately be sent back to you. Please note that returns are only free if the VAHB return label is used. Costs made for a shipment without a return label will not be reimbursed.
Refund
- The refund will be made after we have received and checked the return.
- Once your return is processed you will receive an email.
- If you return the entire order to us we will also refund any shipping costs paid.
If you revoke the agreement within 30 days, VAHB will refund you the full amount via Obelink that Obelink received from you. VAHB will pay as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your notice of withdrawal reached us. VAHB will refund you via Obelink with the same means of payment that you used when placing your order, unless something else has been explicitly agreed. Under no circumstances will any costs be charged to you in connection with this payment.

2x das gleiche Produkt bestellt aber leider zwei komplett unterschiedliche Design&Qualität und Größen bekommen!
Schade…für den Preis mehr erwartet!Kundenservice meldet sich leider auch nicht um das Problem zu lösen!
Na anderhalve week na melding over een van de borden van het 16 delige servies. Beschadiging - blaasje onder de beschermlaag. Ondanks nogmaals vragen om een oplossing, nog steeds geen reactie. Slechte communicatie/klantenservice - ik wilde echt nog een schikking in deze maar stuur het nu retour.
Hele slechte service en kwaliteit van het servies
Klacht ingediend omdat er meteen op aantal borden lelijke krassen op zitten
Wordt helemaal niets mee gedaan.. echt heel slecht
Ik had het slechts 1 week gebruikt en toen al hele lelijke krassen
En niet op alle borden dus daarom heel raar,
Ik denk productie fout, maar zoals gezegd doen ze niets
Ik ben heel erg teleurgesteld hierover
Klacht ingediend na schade 2 dagen gebruik van de tafel. Klacht afgewezen de schade is normaal voor een buitentafel. Ik vind de hoeveelheid schade niet normaal voor deze prijs
